Payment and Refund Policy for ReferJini

ReferJini offers a referral platform where users can earn referral points based on successful referrals that lead to the disbursement of loans or completion of services. The following payment terms apply:

Referral Points: Upon the successful completion of a referral that results in the disbursement of a loan or completion of service, users will be awarded referral points. ReferJini, at its sole discretion, will determine the percentage of the referral amount that will be credited as referral points,

Cashable Points: Referral points are cashable and can be redeemed for monetary benefits. Each referral point is valued at Rs. 1/- (Rupee One Only). The user can redeem their accumulated referral points after one month, and the corresponding cash value will be credited to their registered bank account.

Payment Method for Redemption: Once the referral points are redeemed, the corresponding cash amount will be transferred to the user’s registered bank account. The redemption request will be processed promptly, and users will be notified upon successful transfer.

ReferJini strives to offer a seamless experience for all users in earning and redeeming referral points. The following guidelines outline our refund policy:

Refund for Premium Services: ReferJini does not charge fees for the basic use of the platform. If any premium services are requested and charged by ReferJini, a refund request can be made within 7 days of the service provision, provided the service was not delivered as agreed or was cancelled by ReferJini. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Third-Party Service Refunds: ReferJini is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services. For issues or refund requests concerning financial services, loans, or real estate transactions facilitated through third-party service providers, users must contact the respective service providers directly for resolution.

Eligibility: Referral points can only be redeemed after the successful disbursement of the referred loan or service. Points are credited to the user’s account based on the percentage of the revenue earned, which is determined at the discretion of ReferJini.

Cashable Value:Each referral point holds a monetary value of Rs. 1/- (Rupee One Only). For example, if a user accumulates 30,000 points, they will be eligible to redeem Rs. 30,000/-.

Redemption Process: Users can redeem their accumulated referral points by initiating the redemption request through their ReferJini account. The corresponding cash value will be transferred to the user’s registered bank account.

Point Transferability: Referral points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the user who has earned them. Points cannot be sold or transferred to another account.

RReferJini reserves the right to cancel or invalidate referral points or rewards in the following cases:

• Fraudulent Activities: If fraudulent activities, manipulation, or violation of ReferJini’s policies are detected, referral points may be revoked or forfeited.
• Policy Violations: If the user violates ReferJini’s Terms of Service, including unethical behaviour or misuse of the platform, their referral points may be cancelled or withheld.
• In the case of any clerical, typographical, or accounting error in the calculation, allocation, or disbursement of referral points or rewards;

M/s. ReferJini’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding, and the user shall have no claim for compensation, damages, or reinstatement of such referral points or rewards.

ReferJini reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via the platform, and the updated policy will take effect immediately upon publication.

In the event of a dispute regarding payment, refund, or referral points, users are encouraged to contact ReferJini’s customer support team. If the dispute remains unresolved, the matter will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in ReferJini’s Terms of Service. Any legal disputes shall be governed by the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

This Payment and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
