Under no circumstances shall ReferJini, its employees, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), representatives, or third-party affiliates be responsible for the loss, misplacement, or unauthorized handover of any original documents to any employee, agent, or third party. The customer shall exercise due diligence and ensure that all original documents are submitted only to the designated financial institution. Any loss arising from non-compliance with this recommendation shall be solely at the customer’s risk, and ReferJini shall bear no liability whatsoever.

ReferJini maintains a strict ethical policy prohibiting its employees, representatives, or third-party agents from accepting any form of gifts, cash, or other benefits from customers or referrers in connection with its services. Any individual found engaging in such activities shall be subject to disciplinary action. Customers are advised to report any instances of solicitation or unauthorized acceptance of gifts or benefits by ReferJini employees or affiliates to customersupport@Referjini.com. ReferJini shall not be liable for any transactions, financial or otherwise, conducted outside its authorized channels.
